In the warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere of Asher’s Farm Sanctuary we explore various ways of enhancing our health through wellknown techniques such as:

1. Energy Medicine exercises that we apply for a long list of discomforts (anybody can do these, it is super easy!)

2. Powerful Acupressure points that can be applied at home 

3. Meridian tracing to clear our energy pathways

4. Earthing, the free medicine that we draw from the earth

5. Humming for general health and learning how your own voice can heal your body

6. Last but NOT least…… the Energy Medicine FACE LIFT that creates miracles, not only for the face, but also for the body. Both women AND men! 

• At the end of each session we will discuss Healthy Eating habits that complement our Energy Medicine.
• Participants must just wear comfortable clothes and bring a notebook to take down notes on various exercises.
• All sessions are free of charge, and depending on demand, sessions will reoccur on a monthly basis- this will be the 2nd session held so far
